Shipping Information
We ship from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and from the United States, depending on availability and your location. Most orders are carefully packaged within 2–3 business days before shipping.

Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once your package ships.
Express orders: If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm availability and pricing via FedEx express.
Customs & duties — United States: All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total. No surprise fees at delivery.
Customs & duties — International: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Return Policy
We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Eligible items: Unworn, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-eligible items: Custom or personalized orders, items that show signs of wear, or items returned after the 14-day window.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
How to start a return: Contact us at larimarplus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Who covers the return shipping depends on the situation:
- Defective or incorrect item: LarimarPlus covers the full cost of return shipping. We made the mistake — we fix it.
- Change of mind or personal preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Item damaged in transit: Contact us with photos and we will evaluate each case individually to find the best solution.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, style, or piece of equal or greater value. Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and eligibility conditions as returns. Contact us to check current availability before sending your item back.
